Christian travels the countryside looking for land to buy. In a seemingly deserted village he finds something else: A boy repairing a huge combine harvester. Their at first playful confrontation becomes more serious and leads Christian to discover his own hidden intentions. But the mysterious boy also has his own agenda. By dawn of the next day both men have to pay a high price to leave the village together.
