What is memory loss? In the labyrinth of fear, a close person becomes a stranger and home turns into a trap. Groping her way down the track of familiar objects and shapes, the character is trying to go back to the life that used to be her own. This clay animation is a captivating picture of the feeling of being lost and alienated and an attempt to put the pieces that fail to fit together into a whole.
Born 1974 in Koszalin, Poland;
studied at the Lódz Art School and the Polish National Film School until 2000 and studied animation at the Academy of Film and Television “Konrad Wolf” in Potsdam;
graduated in 2004;
in her production company ClayTraces she works together with a small team of animators
