FEINKOŠT - The Czech-German Short Film Tour 2023

The three German and three Czech short documentaries of FEINKOŠT's 2023 year represent the entire spectrum of the documentary genre and show the personal handwriting of their makers.
The program ranges from the competition for the best potato salad in the Czech-Polish border region to the poetic search for the remains of the Aral Sea in Central Asia. The question of the identity of Chemnitz is also a topic, as is the mysterious pipe system of Ústí nad Labem. Finally, we learn how houseplants moved into our apartments and go on a very personal trip down memory lane.

In the Czech Republic, FEINKOŠT will premiere at the Přítomnost Cinema on October 6, 2023.

The German premiere of the program will be celebrated on November 3, 2023 during the German-Czech Culture Days at the Programmkino Ost in Dresden. Further dates in Germany and the Czech Republic are currently being planned.
