Twenty Pictures are left as the only evidence of my early childhoods home - the evidence of an almost forgotten home. When I look at these images I have the feeling that they are not part of my life, as if they belong to someone else. In staged cinematographic rituals I am trying to close this gap, finding myself in these pictures, to re-appropriate those memories. Memories of Kabul, Afghanistan, a certain time and a certain place.
