In Fish Soup an old Italian fairytale is brought to screen. Under water, in air and in the coastal regions the population prepares a spectacular event, which will not be forgotten even in 100 years. The film combines documentary, fictional and animated elements.
Born 1976 in Schongau, he works and lives in Berlin. He studied painting and film in Vienna, Helsinki, and Potsdam. His video collages and films challenge the borders between visual art and narrative cinema. His works are regularly screened and awarded at film festivals and art institutions.
