A country in civil war. Two UN blue helmet soldiers are observing a market place. Suddenly a sniper shoots at civilians. Attempting to help a wounded women, one of the two soldiers dies. The other one pusues the fleeing sniper, takes aim at him and recognises: The sniper is a 14-year-old boy.
