Torsten and Katja, a couple in their fifties, go to a train station and pick up Daniel, a young soldier, who has just returned from Afghanistan. The meeting is awkward. At home, he does not return his parents affection. The next day, Torsten and Katja sit in their car again and drive to the station. Another young soldier is waiting at the same place.
