The electronic eyes of their mobile phones observe the three protagonists on their journey to an industrial flower farm as they look for work during Germany's first lockdown. Between selfies and ephemeral voice messages, glimpses emerge of the disillusioning destiny of youth who migrate to Europe in search of a different future.

Miguel Goya is an Argentinian film editor and director based in Berlin. He had worked on several short and feature films that premiered internationally. CASA MORENA is his first feature film as director.

Tin Wilke is an interdisciplinary artist, filmmaker and activist from East Berlin working with installations, stagings and experimental film forms. Tin graduated in art and media from the University of Arts Berlin and in theater with new media and interacitvity from the National University of Arts Buenos Aires.
