Santiago, Chile, the 1980s: Camila and Paula are seven years old, neighbors and best friends. Outside their own four walls, the everyday life of children and adults is determined by Pinochet's military dictatorship - with strict discipline, curfews, harassment, and protests.
Carolina Cruz is a Chilean animation director and character designer based in Berlin. She works with analog animation techniques, particularly with cutout, stop motion and puppet animation. She is studying for her master's at the Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF and working on her graduation project LA RADIO.
