LES MICROBES is based on the stories of some of the crew members that were told during a filmmaking process and reflects on their situation in an experimental way. They had to flee their homes due to poverty, war, and prosecution. Now, after their long journey, they have to persevere and wait. Wait while the world is turning madly.

Matze Görig
Matze Görig works at the interface between film and the visual arts, often in a sociocultural context. His cinematic and digital sculptural works have been exhibited at art institutions and film festivals. Since 2020 artistic director of the "Falscher Fisch" (S27) project in Berlin and a lecturer at UDK Berlin.
