In a world dominated by towering, steep mountains, pedantic train conductor Peregrin navigates his train over huge bridges and along dangerous ridges. One day, the chaotic musician Clara smuggles herself into his machine room. But when a catastrophe strikes, Clara and Peregrin have to overcome their differences in order to save the train from derailing.

Christopher Schmier

Christopher Schmier worked for the ARD/ZDF subordinate TV channel phoenix before studying at the Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg from 2016 to 2022. During his studies, he created several animation short films. Since 2020 he has worked for E.D.FILMS in Montreal.

Sarah Schulz

Sarah Schulz, born 1996 in Zweibrücken, studied at the Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg from 2016 to 2023. In 2019, she joined Cartoon Saloon as a clean-up artist on their Oscar-nominated feature WOLFWALKERS. After graduating in 2023, she has worked as an illustrator of childrens' books.
