Rachelle is on her way home in Berlin. Issaka writes her a message from his home in Ouagadougou. As soon as Rachelle arrives, she replies with one of her particular messages, recalling her long route: the Tiergarten at night, a last U-Bahn, the (non) encounter with Fanny, the city lights and the illuminated windows, the confrontation with the fascist Hölderlin on the S-Bahn. Then Rachelle goes to sleep – the sun is shining: Good night! A nocturne and an appropriation of space through language.

Alejo Franzetti

Alejo Franzetti was born in Buenos Aires. He graduated from the Universidad del Cine and was a master student of Thomas Arslan at the Berlin University of the Arts. His films have been shown at numerous film festivals.
