Polina Prokofeva
Polina Prokofeva, born in Moscow, took theatre studies in St. Petersburg. During the pandemic, she turned to independent documentary filmmaking as a form of artistic resistance and fled Russia after being arrested for participating in anti-war protests. Since 2024 she has studied at the Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg.
