The mother is suffering from an illness that threatens to drown her memories and emotions. She pleads with her daughter for help. Using her umbilical cord, she fashions a giant straw, with which the daughter attempts to suck excess water from her mother's head through her eye, hoping to save her. In the process, the daughter herself risks drowning.

Yi-Chen Huang
Yi-Chen Huang is a visual artist and designer from Taiwan. She currently lives and works in Berlin. She studied art at the National Taiwan University of Arts. She then went on to study fine art at the Berlin-Weißensee School of Art and animation at the Film University Babelsberg "Konrad Wolf."
