In reaction to the murder of 22-year-old Mahsa Jina Amini by the Iranian Guidance Patrol, the film tells about the terrible situation of the people and especially the women in Iran since the Islamic Revolution. The hand-drawn animation illustrates a poem by the author Ayeda Alavie.
Martin Pflanzer, born 1985 in Bucharest, After spending his childhood and school years mostly daydreaming, he studied art and multimedia at the LMU Munich. Besides his work as a graphic designer for Bavarian television, he is often looking for new ways of expressing himself in image and sound.
