Late summer in Berlin. The city is pulsating and Fabian, Bene, and Richard are wandering aimlessly through the urban jungle. Against Fabians quiet protest, the friends ridicule the outsider Jakob. The aggression escalates when one night the boys make their way into Jakobs room, and bully Borschwitz sets Jakobs mothers car on fire. Fabian can no longer repress his affection for Jakob and confronts his friends - perhaps too late.
