The film »sat.land« combines high resolution satellite images from different parts of the world into one simulated topography. It shows a smooth, animated flight over sublime landscapes, deserted conflict areas (Afghanistan, Iraq) and topical cities (Falludja, Cairo, Los Angeles). But in the midst of Los Angeles things get out of control...
