Im letzten Winter sammelte der Medienkünstler Thomas Köner im Internet 3000 Fotos öffentlicher Überwachungskameras. Nichts scheint sich zu ereignen an diesen menschenleeren, in Eis und Schnee erstarrten Orten am Polarkreis, doch dann, kaum merklich, nehmen wir subtile Veränderungen wahr.
