Arne Papenhagen

Arne Papenhagen is a trained carpenter and media designer. Since 2016 he has been managing the FiSH Film Festival in the StadtHafen in Rostock. From 2001 to 2011 he worked as a freelance editor for documentary films and as a media educator. From 2012 he was head of the Cultural Education Department in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and was managing director of the federal state's film association.
