Sarah Dombrink

Sarah Dombrink studied Film and Communication Studies at Freie Universität Berlin and holds a Masters Degree in Media Studies from the Filmuniversity Babelsberg. Since 2012, she has worked in various artistic and organizational roles at the INTERFILM Festival. In addition to her work at INTERFILM, she gained experience in production, historical film research, and film distribution. Since 2018, she has led acquisitions for interfilm Berlin’s international short film sales and distribution. She is a founding member of the INTERFILM Festival Curatorium, the collective artistic leadership of the festival, a member of the selection committee for the German Competition, and responsible for funding as well as other organizational areas.
